We
release 35 birds per gun per hunt! NO EXTRA BIRD FEES!
No processing fees!
For a morning
hunt, you will arrive at the 74 Ranch for breakfast, and your hunt
will begin soon after. At around noon, you will return to the lodge
for lunch, while your birds are cleaned and packed for your departure.
For an afternoon
hunt, you will arrive at the ranch at 2:00 p.m. Your hunt will begin
at about 3:00 p.m. and end at sundown. You will return to
the lodge for dinner while your birds are processed for your departure.

Please note that, for safety reasons, only
breech opening shotguns (side-by-side or over-and-under) are
allowed. If you do not own this type of gun, you are welcome
to borrow one of our. However, please call in advance to ensure
availability.
Also, all quail hunters at the 74 Ranch Resort are
required to wear eye protection in the
field. No exceptions will be made. If you forget to bring protective
eyewear, we have a few loaner goggles on hand as well as some for
sale.
